There are many activities and events that have connected me with Al-Quds University, which played a significant role in the loving relationship that developed between the student and this great institution. Al-Quds University provides opportunities that we would not have had anywhere else.
In addition to practical training in hospitals, the university and the Scientific Research Club of the Faculty of Medicine strive to disseminate the scientific papers that we have accomplished, and provide full financial and moral support to raise the university and its researchers’ reputation to a higher level. We, at the Scientific Research Club, aim to publish scientific papers in various fields in accredited and reliable journals within search engines.
You can study medicine at any faculty in the world, but you will not study it to the fullest extent alongside engaging in unconventional experiences and activities outside your specialty, such as entrepreneurship, except at this institution.
My first participation with my team in the annual Hult Prize competition held at the university campus led us to represent the university at the Hult Prize Ramallah summit. We started under the patronage of the university president Prof. Imad Abu Kishk and the supervision of Dr. Abdul Raouf Al-Sinawi. Our team participated in a regional summit, representing Al-Quds University in the Tunisian capital. The team ranked among the top ten competing teams out of more than a hundred teams from various global capitals and universities, maintaining Al-Quds University and the capital’s presence as deserved.
The university has always been keen to create a fertile environment for teamwork and instill the principles of leadership and responsibility in representing the institution we belong to. It has always sought to transfer experiences from senior to new students.
Your story at Al-Quds University and the Faculty of Human Medicine does not end with your graduation. Today, I and a group of graduates from the Faculty of Human Medicine and other specialties are preparing to embark on a student exchange experience in Germany. I will participate in a vocational training course to prepare the graduates of the Faculty of Medicine and push them towards completing their specialization in world-leading hospitals, such as German hospitals. This will contribute to developing the health system in the country, expanding our horizons as graduates of Al-Quds University, and enhancing our competence and ability to compete and fully perform our professional and medical responsibilities.
